We operate a flexitime model that offers you great flexibility in balancing work and family life on a daily basis. In addition, depending on operational requirements, the model generally allows for a half day compensatory time off twice a month.
Part-time Work

Remote Work
Working remotely is possible for up to two days a week.
Holiday and additional Days Off
We grant you basic holiday leave that is 20% above the statutory minimum. We also offer the option of converting a certain amount of special payments into additional holiday.
We have four additional company holidays per year. On special occasions such as company anniversaries, marriage, the birth of a child and similar occasions, we grant additional holidays on top of the special payments.
